Inside the app
Open Settings > Delete my account, read the consequences and confirm. You can delete immediately even with an active subscription. Separately cancel your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription to prevent renewal.
Without the app or signing in
Email modernsoftware058@gmail.com with the subject “NovaBara account deletion”. If possible, use your account email and state that you request deletion of the account and associated data. NovaTech will verify only the information needed to identify the account and confirm processing. Never send passwords, sign-in codes or bank documents.
Data and timeframe
Profiles, messages, appointments, applications, listings, reviews, favourites, push tokens and subscription data held by NovaBara are removed from the active database. Files and RevenueCat data are purged with retries; target within 30 days. Technical copies and backups expire within 30 days. Contact the same support if processing is delayed or you receive no reply. Stores retain their own payment records under their obligations. The privacy policy explains retention and rights.
