NovaTech does not perform physical services and does not guarantee user-declared qualifications, listings or availability.
Accounts and use
Provide accurate information, protect credentials and have legal capacity for your commitments. Professionals are responsible for their licences, qualifications and local obligations. Impersonation and illegal activities are prohibited. The service is not designed for children. Community guidelines form part of these terms and must be accepted before contributing.
Content and moderation
Hate, threats, harassment, sexual exploitation, explicit nudity, scams, illegal listings and disclosure of private data are prohibited. You retain rights to your content and permit hosting and display necessary for the service. Photos and profiles are reviewed before publication; listings are subject to moderation controls. You may report content, profiles, reviews or messages and block users. NovaTech may remove content or suspend abusive accounts. Appeals and urgent moderation reports: modernsoftware058@gmail.com.
Physical services and transactions
Agree prices, terms, insurance and warranties for services, employment or vehicles with the other party. NovaBara does not collect payment for physical transactions. Verify identity, goods and terms before committing and do not disclose payment codes.
Digital professional access
When available for your device and role, the purchase screen displays the store’s local price, period and benefits before confirmation. Apple App Store or Google Play process digital purchases and in-app subscriptions. Subscriptions renew according to the terms shown by the store unless cancelled in store settings. Restore and manage purchases under Settings > Subscription. Refunds follow the relevant store’s procedure. No WhatsApp or mobile money payment is requested to unlock digital app features.
Deletion and termination
Delete your account immediately in settings. This removes active data and starts the purges described in the privacy policy. Deletion does not cancel store subscriptions; use store subscription management to cancel. You can delete without waiting for the subscription to expire. Content copied by a recipient outside the service remains under their control.
Responsibilities and remedies
NovaTech works to maintain the service and review reports. Interruptions may occur. Each party is responsible for its own actions; nothing limits mandatory consumer rights or legal protections. Changes
This page displays the version and date. Material changes will be communicated in the service; acceptance of updated community guidelines may be required. The privacy policy describes data use.
